★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez me hicieron luces, muy amables pero la verdad el trabajo HORRIBLE me quemaron el cabello, solo se vio bien ese dia por que te hechan un monton de cosas, pero despues de bañarme quedo todo seco, se me cae a mechones. Y segun la estilista estaba super certificada, en que? O de que? Y aparte carisimo.
Les di una segunda oportunidad y lleve a peinar a mi hija, me dieron un precio termino siendo el doble, se tardaron horrores porque las que no estaban haciendo nada iban a platicar con la estilista y para terminar el peinado le duro un par de horas, se veia todo escurrido el peinado a las pocas horas tanto tiempo y dinero para nada. ****HORROR, NO VUELVO!!, EVITENSE LA PENA DE IR A ESTE LUGAR***
The first time they made me lights, very kind but the truth is the HORRIBLE work they burned my hair, it only looked good that day because they do a lot of things on you, but after taking a bath I stay all dry, it falls out in clumps. And according to the stylist she was super certified, in what? Or what? And also very expensive.
I gave them a second chance and took my daughter to do her hair, they gave me a price that ended up being double, it took horrors because those who were not doing anything were going to talk with the stylist and to finish the hairstyle it lasted a couple of hours, the hairstyle looked all drained after a few hours so much time and money for nothing. **** HORROR, I WILL NOT COME BACK !!, AVOID THE Pity OF GOING TO THIS PLACE ***

Tienen promoción de 10% si llegas de 7 a 9 de la mañana. De lunes a viernes (Ojo)
Tienen una tarjeta de lealtad que consiste en que por cada 5 servicios (yo diría visitas pues aunque lleves a más personas no se cuentan si van el mismo día) hay un descuento del 20% o un corte gratis.
Suelen tener rotación de personal y eso es un punto a mejorar.
No hay citas lo cual también debería ser un punto de mejora.

They have a 10% promotion if you arrive between 7 and 9 in the morning. From Monday to Friday (eye)
They have a loyalty card that consists in that for every 5 services (I would say visits because even if you take more people, they are not counted if they go on the same day) there is a 20% discount or a free cut.
They tend to have staff turnover and that is a point to improve.
There are no appointments which should also be a point of improvement.
