★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El auto queda muy sucio por dentro, no ponen esmero en los detalles, el secado de exteriores lo hacen con trapos muy sucios lo cual deja algunos rayones... Al ofrecer un servicio rápido descuidan los detalles.. Ademas las instalaciónes dejan mucho que desear, un lugar muy sucio y desordenado.
 The car is very dirty inside, they do not take care of the details, the exterior drying is done with very dirty rags which leaves some scratches ... By offering a quick service they neglect the details. Also the installations leave much to be desired , a very dirty and untidy place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde la llegada todo mal, una muchacha me echó una cubeta de agua encima, ni siquiera se disculpó ni se inmutó, en el momento pensé que había sido un error pero ahora me doy cuenta que así tratan a sus clientes.
Pagué el encerado y un extra para un lavado supuestamente más profundo. Pero el servicio es excesivamente malo!
Al interior del carro no le hicieron nada, los tapetes llenos del lodo del propio lugar, porque los lavadores traen llenos de lodo las botas y así se suben a los carros, hasta hojas de árbol había adentro. La cajuela ni la abrieron para limpiar. De la cera ni le pusieron nada, el carro estaba opaco, como lavado con agua sucia. Rompieron la guantera y dijeron que así estaba.
Cuándo ví las condiciones le puse la queja al encargado. En lugar de antender la queja, el encargado se puso todo violento, me comenzó a dar empujones como retándome a los golpes. De verdad, muy mal, mal mal. No vayan, no vale la pena.

I paid for the wax and an extra for a supposedly deeper wash. But the service is exceedingly bad!
They didn't do anything inside the car, the rugs full of mud from the place itself, because the washers bring their boots full of mud and that's how they get on the cars, there were even tree leaves inside. The trunk was not even opened to clean. They didn't put anything on the wax, the car was opaque, like washing with dirty water. They broke the glove compartment and said it was.
When I saw the conditions I put the complaint to the manager. Instead of answering the complaint, the manager became very violent, he began to push me as if challenging me to hit. Really, very bad, bad bad. Don't go, it's not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, el auto todo mojado, los tapetes con lodo y ni siquiera aspiraron los asientos. Por ser SUV me cobraron $100 por el mal servicio. NO LO RECOMIENDO! Y definitivamente no volveré.
Bad service, the car all wet, the mats muddy and they didn't even vacuum the seats. Being an SUV they charged me $100 for bad service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! And I definitely won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. El auto quedo super sucio por dentro. No aspiraron la cajuela. No limpiaron los asientos, Los tapetes tenían lodo de que se subieron con los pies mojados y con tierra. De afuera quedó todo rallado por el trapo sucio. Me quedo claro no les interesa dar un buen servicio. Barato no me cobraron, Me dijeron que ese era su servicio y que le hiciera como quisiera. Bueno, pues lo que me queda es no regresar.
Bad service. The car was super dirty inside. The trunk was not vacuumed. They did not clean the seats, The mats had mud from which they got on with wet feet and dirt. From the outside everything was grated by the dirty cloth. It is clear to me that they are not interested in giving a good service. They did not charge me cheaply, they told me that this was their service and that I could do as I wanted. Well, what I have left is not to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No llevan un orden de los autos y es muy probable que laven un auto que llegó después que el tuyo, pero me tocó un chico muy honrado que encontró dinero que olvidé y lo regresó inmediatamente, por eso 4 estrellas!
They do not keep an order of the cars and it is very likely that they will wash a car that arrived after yours, but I had a very honest guy who found money that I forgot and returned it immediately, that's why 4 stars!
