★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy ricos helados y lo mejor es que son de leche de coco y sin azúcar. El lugar es pequeño en Punto Sur pero en la plaza de enfrente por la entrada del Fresko hay otra sucursal más grande

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me parece que al llegar 10min antes d Elva hora de cerrar ya no te quieran atender con pretextos. Una persona nos dijo que tenían que limpiar y después llegó otra a decir que iban a fumigar. Fuimos desde lejos y por el tráfico pudimos llegar hasta esa hora, pero aún estábamos a tiempo.
Si van a poner una hora de cierre en Google respétenla, y si no, mejor cambien la hora.
It doesn't seem to me that when you arrive 10 minutes before closing time they no longer want to attend to you with excuses. One person told us that they had to clean up and then another came to say that they were going to fumigate. We went from far away and because of the traffic we were able to get there until that time, but we were still on time.
If you are going to put a closing time on Google, respect it, and if not, better change the time.

Y le pongo una estrella porque el producto es muy bueno, pero el servicio es horrible; sus horarios dicen que cierran a las 9:00pm, llegué 7 min antes y ya tenían todas las ventanas cerradas… una de las empleadas me dijo que porque diario cierran 10 min. antes de la hora ? y la otra salió diciendo que iban a fumigar y por eso cerraron antes ?.
En fin, aunque el producto sea bueno, el servicio apesta y eso es lo más importante en un negocio ??♀️.
Pd. Nos pasamos después a una franquicia gringa (DQ) y nos atendieron llegando 1 min. antes de las 9:00pm (eso que había gente adelante de nosotros), porque hasta las 9 en punto cierran puertas y ahora sí ya no atienden.
Terrible service. And I give it one star because the product is very good, but the service is horrible; their schedules say they close at 9:00 pm, I arrived 7 minutes before and they already had all the windows closed... one of the employees told me that because they close 10 minutes every day. before the time ? and the other one came out saying they were going to fumigate and that's why they closed earlier ?.
Anyway, even if the product is good, the service sucks and that's the most important thing in a business ??♀️.
P.S. We later went to a gringa franchise (DQ) and they attended us arriving 1 min. before 9:00 pm (that there were people in front of us), because until 9 o'clock they close doors and now they no longer answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente opción para diabéticos o gente que quiere bajar el consumo de azúcar. Los helados saben muy bien, usan fruto del monje para endulzar, que esta siendo mejor opción que Stevia actualmente.
Excellent option for diabetics or people who want to lower their sugar consumption. The ice creams taste very good, they use monk fruit to sweeten, which is currently a better option than Stevia.

Muchos complementos para echar a tu helado, muy buen trato del personal, te invitan a resolver todas tus dudas e incluso te ofrecen a degustar algún sabor que tengas duda.se dicen amigables con el ambiente pues sus cucharas son tablitas de madera. Hay algunas mesitas para comerlo ahí. El estacionamiento es el de la plaza, tiene costo de 10 pesos por hora.
Agradable sorpresa me resulto.

Many accessories to add to your ice cream, very good treatment of the staff, they invite you to solve all your doubts and even offer you to taste a flavor that you have doubts. They are said to be friendly with the environment because their spoons are wooden boards. There are some tables to eat it there. Parking is in the square, it costs 10 pesos per hour.
It was a pleasant surprise for me.
