★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the keto cookie icecream for Mother’s Day and it was very delicious. I couldn’t tell it was keto icecream. However it did throw me out of ketosis and later upon research I come to find out it has malitol added . Malitol is not exactly keto friendly and can spike an insulin response and throw you out of ketosis which is what happened. I really hope they make their keto icecream with just monkfruit and Stevie and not malitol.
Update : they received the above feedback and made changes immediately- always loved all the flavors they make. Don’t eat too much though it can give you the runs ?
