Ayer en cuanto la empresa en la que trabajo me depositaron mi dinero ellos se cobraron todo mi depósito. Me e estado comunicando con ellos pero nada mas le echan la culpa a Banorte y Banorte le hecha la culpa al despacho. Mientras tanto no tengo dinero para comer, transporte , pagar mi renta y proveer para mi familia. No me han dado una solución ny por lo que veo no les importa. Lo único que han hecho es decirme que están revisando mi caso. Para que nos dan opciones si no las van a respetar. Yo se que si debo dinero pero aveces suceden coses en la vida que están fuera de tu control pero por eso les llame y quedamos de acuerdo en el arreglo de pago. SMFH???????????? I had an agreement with them to pay my credit card but they didn't respect it. Yesterday as soon as the company where I work, they deposited my money they charged my entire deposit. I have been communicating with them but they just blame Banorte and Banorte blames the office. Meanwhile I have no money to eat, transport, pay my rent and provide for my family. They haven't given me a solution n and from what I see they don't care. All they have done is tell me they are reviewing my case. So that they give us options if they are not going to respect them. I know that I owe money but sometimes things happen in life that are out of your control but that's why I called them and we agreed on the payment arrangement. SMFH????????????

Sin embargo algunas de las figuras de "liderazgo" carecen de profesionalismo al igual que la encargada de RH. Te citan a entrevista y llegan tarde, te responden de forma grosera, se toman las cosas de forma personal e incluso se llegan a poner al tu por tu con los asesores (deben aprender a retroalimentar y no solo sancionar), mencionan que están encontrá de los "chismes" pero los gerentes y "sub-gerentes" se ponen a hablar mal del equipo de trabajo. They summon you for an interview and arrive late, they respond rudely, they take things personally and even put your name on your behalf with the advisors (they must learn to give feedback and not just sanction), they mention that they are found of the "gossip" but the managers and "sub-managers" talk badly about the work team.
