La única venta es para gente que tiene gimnasios
They do not have sales to the public, but they guide you to the places where you can find BH products and the attention is very good from the sales manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando vinieron los técnicos a instalar mi caminadora me indicaron el mantenimiento que debía seguir, ahora unos años después por esas indicaciones mi caminadora ya no funciona correctamente. Me comuniqué con la empresa para saber cómo podía repararla y debo de estarles mandando correos y mensajes para recordarles que todavía existe mi caso. En general, muy mal servicio al cliente. No les recomiendo en absoluto esta perdida de tiempo.
When the technicians came to install my treadmill, they indicated the maintenance that I should follow, now a few years later because of those indications my treadmill no longer works correctly. I contacted the company to find out how I could repair it and I must be sending them emails and messages to remind them that my case still exists. Overall, very bad customer service. I do not recommend this waste of time at all.
