Excellent place, all very friendly, excellent atmosphere, I highly recommend it to get in shape, you do not get bored since each class is different, congratulations to the coaches and the owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque no es un gimnasio tradicional donde llegas a usar máquinas o pesas esperando que el entrenador te presté atención. Son clases y cada sesión dura 1 hora, sin embargo te ayudan a entrenar todo el cuerpo. Muy recomendable si quieres rutinas y alguien que te ayude a realizar los ejercicios con técnica para lograr un mejor resultado. Cabe destacar que acaba de cambiar su nombre a CK personal training
Because it is not a traditional gym where you get to use machines or weights waiting for the trainer to pay attention to you. They are classes and each session lasts 1 hour, however they help you train your whole body. Highly recommended if you want routines and someone to help you perform the exercises with technique to achieve a better result. It should be noted that it has just changed its name to CK personal training
