★ ★ ★ ★ ★ una Dark Kitchen traída directamente desde la región de Xi’an en China, con un menú abundante en noodles anchos y largos hechos a mano, te recomiendo probar los de birria de res, servidos con rábano encurtido en vinagreta de chile chipotle, cilantrillo y limón; los Mar y Tierra, con camarón, calamar, pork belly, germinado de soya, salsa Sambal y chile de árbol frito también son excelente opción.
