L	Leticia Ceballos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de empleados, está biblioteca parece salón de fiestas, todos viendo películas o vídeos sin audífonos lo que hace que no sea un lugar confortable, niños gritando y corriendo y los empleados no ponen un orden puesto que también están platicando (pero eso sí percibiendo un salario), ojalá y las autoridades hicieran algo. Bad employee service, this library looks like a party hall, everyone watching movies or videos without headphones that makes it not a comfortable place, children screaming and running and the employees do not put an order since they are also talking (but that's not all) a salary), I wish and the authorities did something.

Debería de poner un letrero a la entrada para así evitar el mal rato de que no te dejen tomar libros . How sad that from December 11 until January the children's area is closed, why all the people in that area go on vacation. L	Liz Bastida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está bastante descuidada, es evidente que su catálogo de libros no ha sido actualizado en mucho tiempo; ironicamente justo en la entrada hay puestos informales de discos pirata lo que hace terrible la estancia dentro, lo más lamentable es que se ubica justo a lado de la #AlcaldiadeXochimilco lo que evidencia el desinterés por darle un mantenimiento digno. It is quite neglected, it is evident that its catalog of books has not been updated in a long time; ironically right at the entrance there are informal stands of pirate records which makes the stay inside terrible, the most unfortunate thing is that it is located right next to the #AlcaldiadeXochimilco, which shows the lack of interest in giving it decent maintenance.

R	Roberto Berdeja Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nula atencion del personal ,nunca hay nadie en area de la biblioteca y los guardias se hacen cargo de "la atencion al usuario" y en cuanto al equipo de computo hay un grupo de personas que llegan desde temprano y se adueñan de los equipos y COMO NUNCA HAY NADIE pues no hay un control de tiempo de uso. ME imagino que la secretaria de Educacion Piblica no tiene una supervision sobre estas Bibliotecas ya que si van a dejar que sea los vigilantes que manejen la biblioteca y, pues se ahorarian a el personal que solo va a cumplir su horario de trabajo sin ninguna aportacion para lo que se spones fue creadad una biblioteca zero attention of the staff, there is never anyone in the library area and the guards are responsible for "customer service" and as for the computer team there is a group of people who arrive early and take over the equipment and HOW There is NEVER ANYONE because there is no control of usage time. I imagine that the Secretary of Public Education does not have a supervision on these Libraries since they are going to let it be the guards who manage the library and, because they would save the staff that will only fulfill their work schedule without any contribution to what spones was was created a library
