★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prácticamente la única biblioteca manga y comic de la ciudad, en otras bibliotecas tienen algunos acervos pero sin darle tanta importancia. Ahora si pensamos que está en el oriente de la ciudad es aún más importante su aporte además de que se mira el valor de la narrativa gráfica desde la filosofía y cultura. También está en un espacio readaptado para la cultura y la práctica del acto creativo, es decir, no sólo puedes ir y tomar algún taller sino también entrar y practicar por tu cuenta sin algún costo. Es una excelente opción.
