 One of the city libraries with the largest bibliographic and hemerographic collection. belonging to the UANL. Apart from consulting information, it presents art exhibitions, lectures in its auditoriums, a library, and even summer courses for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice building. We were there for a very well organized event, but did not use the library. Bathrooms were limited and very basic. There were some expositions like in a museum. Parking was free. A very nice experience!!
