★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la biblioteca de la Universitad Tecnológica y esta abierta al publico en general. El lugar es bastante amplio y esta acondicionado para la permanencia de los estudiantes. Al ingresar resalta el techo único en su tipo y un grán mural hecho de materiales reciclados. Cuenta con una sala de computo y una sala de reuniones completamente climatizada y ahí mismo se encuentra la enfermería de la universidad.
 It is the library of the Technological University and is open to the general public. The place is quite spacious and is conditioned for the permanence of the students. Upon entering, the one-of-a-kind ceiling and a large mural made of recycled materials stand out. It has a computer room and a fully air-conditioned meeting room and there is the infirmary of the university.
