★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, su dueño no tiene ética, ni honestidad para asumir sus propios errores, actúa como si su negocio es sólo para recibir dinero, no para ofrecer un servicio a sus clientes. Llegué con mi llanta casi llena pero le falatba muy poquito aire, el mecánico se distrajo y le colocó de más explotando la llanta en mi presencia, y ninguno quizo asumir que fue su error y pretendían pagara todo, ni una disculpa. Al llegar a otro local me aseguraron que sólo ellos podrían explotarla. No hay respeto, no recomiendo, difunde para detener la DISHONESTIDAD y FALTA DE RESPETO!!!
 Terrible customer service, its owner has no ethics or honesty to assume his own mistakes, he acts as if his business is only to receive money, not to offer a service to his clients. I arrived with my tire almost full but he was failing very little air, the mechanic was distracted and put more than the tire exploding in my presence, and no one wanted to assume that it was their mistake and they intended to pay everything, not an apology. Upon arriving at another location, they assured me that only they could exploit it. There is no respect, I do not recommend, spread to stop DISHONESTY and LACK OF RESPECT !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddie is a super nice and honest guy. He helped me with a bike during my winter stay in Playa and he even fixed a flat tire that the bike had during my stay. I highly recommend Eddie and Bici Lopez to anyone who needs a bike repair or needs help getting a bike while in Playa.
