I bought an aluminum r26 bicycle which when I asked they told me that it included the adjustment, but for the adjustment they really did not do anything when rolling it, obviously the brakes collided with the rim, I returned it to make the adjustment they should have and I left another r16 for service, They gave me a delivery date, they sent me a message to tell me to go through it, however, when I arrived the day after the delivery date, it turns out that they were just doing it and that nobody knew anything about why they had contacted me, anyway , I had to wait for them to finish it and even so, they did the ride service, bad for them, because I had to start telling them you did this to the other that and only then did they do the work that was already agreed and paid. Costs are not so high, the stock is limited. But the customer service that is vital to a business leaves much to be desired.

They are nice but the cost does not justify it. DO NOT make the mistake of repairing your bikes here. Better look for other workshops and buy your pieces at MercadoLibre or elsewhere because here they will give you between 30 and 50% more expensive. Don't let their verbiage hypnotize you, they try to convince you that your bike already needs to change several parts ... WATCH OUT!
