Mi bici la lleve para cambio de cámara en la llanta pero tardó en entregarme la bici, me la prometío para tal fecha a tal hora y cuando fui estaba cerrado, entonces preferí preguntar antes de ir y me dió largas un par de veces, al ser mi principal medio de transporte afectó un poco mis rutinas y después de un tiempo me di cuenta que me había puesto una cámara que no le correspondía a mi llanta. Eso más el precio alto hace que quede un sabor amargo del servicio.
In general the service is more expensive compared to the price in other places. I took my bike to change the camera on the rim but it took time to deliver the bike, I promised it for that date at that time and when I went it was closed, so I preferred to ask before going and it gave me long a couple of times, being My main means of transportation affected my routines a bit and after a while I realized that I had put on a tube that did not correspond to my tire. That plus the high price leaves a bitter taste of the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RESPUESTA AL COMENTARIO DEL PROPIETARIO: Quien tiene que dejar de hacer berrinches es usted señor. Si no quiere trabajar, no abra su negocio. Si acudo a usted es porque NECESITO de sus servicios y es decisión mía ir no ir con el fabricante a hacer válida la garantía. Pero no hay problema, usted no es el único. Yo le voy a recomendar algo también: trate mejor a sus clientes y muestre otra actitud. Evite calificar con verbos subjetivos los actos de los demás. Esto seguramente ayudará a su negocio y cada vez tendrá más clientes. Yo me dedico a las ventas y créame, esto me ha funcionado y sobretodo: nunca le niegue por flojera sus servicios a ningún cliente, lo vea como lo vea. No sea prepotente.................. Dice el señor que mejor lleve mi bici a garantía porque "se ve muy nueva". JAJAJAJA. Okey, muchas gracias por su ayuda.

I am going to recommend something to you too: treat your clients better and show a different attitude. Avoid qualifying the actions of others with subjective verbs.
