Pedí un servicio general y revisión del amortiguador frontal. Les advertí que los ejes de mi bici eran de seguridad y les expliqué cómo quitarlos. Aun así tronaron uno y le pusieron piezas de segunda mano para "arreglarlo", al amortiguador sólo lo limpiaron por fuera y me lo quería cobrar como si lo hubiera desarmado.

I asked for a general service and revision of the front shock absorber. I warned them that the axles of my bike were safety and I explained how to remove them. Even so they thundered one and put second-hand parts on it to "fix" it, they only cleaned the outside of the shock absorber and they wanted to charge me as if I had disassembled it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio , no sirven ni para parchar un a cámara, se despegó el parche al otro día , lleve a servicio otra bici y la dejaron muy mal , con la cadena mal puesta y sin freno delantero .
En conclusión es el peor de la zona pero el mejor ubicado .
Eviten el lugar
Very bad service, they do not even serve to patch a camera, the patch was taken off the next day, I took another bike to service and they left it very bad, with the chain badly placed and without front brake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé una bicicleta a arreglar que no había sido usada desde hace mucho tiempo, le hicieron su servicio, le cambiaron varias piezas y después de sacarla del taller a unas cuantas cuadras del lugar se ponchó mi llanta.
Su servicio es deficiente y sobre explotan los precios, cobran demás las piezas y el trabajo que le hacen a las bicicletas, llegue a preguntar el precio del cambio de llanta me dieron un precio pero al momento de arreglármela me cobraron de más.
I took a bicycle to repair that had not been used for a long time, they did their service, they changed several parts and after taking it out of the workshop a few blocks from the place my tire went flat.
Their service is poor and they over-exploit the prices, they overcharge the parts and the work they do to the bicycles, I even asked the price of the tire change they gave me a price but when I fixed it they charged me more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece que si te dejas te van a ver la cara. Fui a reparar un freno y le metieron mano al otro. Cuando este falló se hicieron patos y me tocó pagar la segunda reparación.
It seems to me that if you let yourself they will see your face. I went to repair one brake and they got their hands on the other one. When this failed, ducks were made and I had to pay for the second repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo lugar, pesima atención, ni de chiste lo recomiendo, precios exagerados, no te explican nada y sin revisar te dicen cual es el "problema", no no no todo muy mal, no se ustedes pero aqui no vuelvo ni por una emergencia.
Hay una mejor opcion no muy lejos de aqui por Av. Real de los Reyes, que suerte que lo encontre pues ya era tarde. Y aclaro no es propaganda, es anecdota espero les sirva gente, no desperdicien su tiempo y dinero aqui.
Terrible place, terrible attention, I don't even recommend it, exaggerated prices, they don't explain anything to you and without checking they tell you what the "problem" is, no no not everything very bad, I don't know about you but I won't come back here even for an emergency.
There is a better option not far from here on Av. Real de los Reyes. I'm lucky I found it because it was already late. And I clarify it is not propaganda, it is an anecdote I hope it serves you people, do not waste your time and money here.
