★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Hablé por teléfono para preguntar el precio de una refacción y literalmente me dijeron que mi bicicleta era corriente, y quisieron enredarme para cambiar un montón de piezas y sustituir todo el sistema.
No pierdan su tiempo y su dinero, que además son careros. Vayan a Bicisport que está a unas calles más, los mejores precios y el mejor servicio de todo Culiacán.
Terrible service. I got on the phone to ask for the price of a part and they literally told me my bike was ordinary, and they wanted to mess with me to change a bunch of parts and replace the whole system.
Do not waste your time and money, which are also expensive. Go to Bicisport which is a few more streets away, the best prices and the best service in all of Culiacán.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bueno de no poner malas puntuaciones/experiencias, es que puedo reservarlas para estas situaciones.
Realmente fue lamentable llevar mi bicicleta para reparación de frenos y que me cobraran por "servicio" que yo no pedí y que a lo lejos, sólo vi lubricada la cadena. Los frenos siguen igual, me dijeron que estaban desgastados y que yo comprara las balatas, que no tenían ahí, y podría llevarlos a que se las colocaran.
No volveré... Recomiendo ampliamente otros lugares como bicisport e incluso mi ranchito o hasta con el campanolo donde, si no tienen las cosas y no le hacen nada, no cobran y menos por algo que no pediste.
The good thing about not putting bad ratings / experiences, is that I can reserve them for these situations.
It was really unfortunate to take my bike for brake repair and to be charged for "service" that I did not request and that in the distance, I only saw the chain lubricated. The brakes are still the same, they told me they were worn and to buy the brake pads, which they didn't have there, and I could take them to have them fitted.
I will not return ... I highly recommend other places such as bicisport and even my little ranch or even the campanolo where, if they don't have things and they don't do anything, they don't charge and even less for something you didn't ask for.

Como es obvio la fui a cambiar y no me la cambiaron y la tengo que vender para comprar otra que si me sirva.
