La atención es muy buena, me puse en contacto por WA y respondieron un poco tarde pero solo pasó una vez. Llamé para asegurarme y confirmar la renta de bicis y sí, todo era cierto. Se rentan bicis por semana y por mes(es). Renté una bici de velocidades y está casi nueva. Los frenos funcionan perfecto. Rueda muy bien. Estoy muy contenta. Yo recomiendo mucho usar bici y más con esta pandemia. Pásele a rentar su bici. ¡Es bueno para la salud! I don't remember how I found this place but I certainly found it on the internet and maps helped. The attention is very good, I contacted by WA and they responded a little late but it only happened once. I called to make sure and confirm the bike rental and yes, it was all true. Bikes are rented per week and per month (s). I rented a speed bike and it is almost new. The brakes work perfect. It rolls very well. I'm very happy. I highly recommend using a bike and more with this pandemic. Come and rent your bike. It is good for health!

Rentamos 2 bicicletas por semana a un precio justo, se nos presto candados, luces de precaución, un trato excelente, buena comunicación por parte de la dueña del negocio Rompí un freno, lo notifique y estaba dispuesto a pagarlo y no hubo ningún problema y no me lo cobraron, Mérida tiene problemas de transporte, en los colectivos te tienes que esperar a que se llenen y los taxis salen algo caro. excelente opción para moverte en merida además que por pandemia es más seguro andar en bici Además pude transportar a mi mascota Recomiendo ampliamente este negocio familiar Excellent place to rent bicycles, visit and quote several rental places and it was the cheapest. F	Fernando Rincon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajé hace dos semanas a Mérida y renté 2 bicis con ustedes por un día. Costo de $170 por bici, la atención aunque algo indiferente no causa mucho problema. El problema es que de 5 bicis de muestra, 4 traían freno de cangrejo, el cual para rodadas grandes y para el peso de personas adultas es inoperable, ya que son sistemas de frenado obsoleto y hasta peligrosos, no digo que deberían tener disco pero por lo menos v-brake. Las bicis aunque no tenían cambios, estaban sueltas de las tazas de dirección y los asientos chuecos y duros lo hacían más incómodo. Las llantas muy lisas y los baleros de centro sin servicio hacían rechinar la bici como matraca. Por favor tengan cuidado con los sistemas de frenado, de todas las bicis que nos mostraron, las que tomé eran las únicas ajustadas y aún así rodar en bicis así se torna peligroso y nada cómodo. B	Brian Healy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very reasonable rate (30 pesos / hr) to rent a simple cruiser: a great way to see the town, not only Paseo Montejo (which has dedicated bike lanes) but outlying colonias as well. The business seems to be in a home — I thought it was closed at first but rang the bell at 8am and was able to rent a bike with no issues. Very happy I found this place, since the other rental spot, very nearby, on Montejo, did not observe its posted opening hours. Bring an ID, which they will keep until you return the bike. Highly recommend!

The maintenance of the bikes is passable, but they will grind and seize a little. One of our bikes started making a noticeable grinding noise after 3 hours or so, but other than that, for the price and convenience, we liked this business. The owner merely took a picture of drivers license, gave us a bike lock, and we were on our way. No big forms to fill out, no deposit, just "need bikes? Here's bikes" and the return was just as simple. Business seems to run right out of a family home, too.
