★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espero capaciten mejor a sus vendedores, lo que compré no sirvió, venía abierto el producto y vendedora Verónica dijo que así es el modelo. Lo malo es que solo hacen cambios el mismo día de compra y por defecto pero según ticket. Y según sus vendedoras estaba bien.
Hoy 4/02/22 ya lo arregló mi hijo, ya funciona, era cuestión de revisar, cosa q ellos no se dieron el tiempo de hacerlo. Subo a 3 estrellas por que no fue gran cosa lo q se tenía q hacerle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su tienda en línea tiene una pésima atención. Me llegó incompleta la bicicleta, faltaba el chicote y el tornillo para apretar la abrazadera del asiento. Puse mi reclamo, contestan después de 2 días y me dicen que necesitan que les aprueben. Espero pero nada y mejor los compré, no más de 300 pesos, pero que nadie me va a reponer. Se los comento por si les interesa ofrecer un servicio mejor.
Your online store has a terrible service. The bike arrived incomplete, the whip and the screw to tighten the seat clamp was missing. I put in my claim, they answer after 2 days and they tell me they need to be approved. I hope but nothing and better I bought them, no more than 300 pesos, but no one is going to replace me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es curioso, no sé si dependa de que chica me atienda, el horario, su estado de ánimo o habilidad matemática pues en las últimas visitas que he realizado me han proporcionado diferentes datos respecto a un producto (medidas, resistencia, peso, etc etc). Incluso en esta ocasión la chica, el mismo dato lo proporciono diferente en tres ocasiones en la misma visita. Lo mas notorio es el precio variable que supongo es fijo; no puede cambiar de una semana a la otra y a otra más.
He de confesar que note la pésima o ausente capacitación al personal pues no conocen los productos que venden y el realizar tres visitas para consultar sobre el artículo es con toda la intención de conocer el dato verdadero pues es evidente que en este caso (newtons/Kg de resistencia) solo debo tomar como válido el menor pues los vendedores tienden a exagerar las cualidades del producto.
