Con número de tiqueta! Ya cuando encuentron mi bicicleta pues dudo el servicio. Me lo llevo a mi casa y no queda igual, y mal cobrado. Ya no regreso. Es un lío para obtener servicio y comunicación! Gente entra y sale sin organización. Todo a la carrera y falta buen detalle de servicio. As the store is super busy there is nothing organized. I took my bike for service and when I called I didn't know which bike I delivered!!?? With ticket number! When they find my bike, I doubt the service. I take it to my house and it is not the same, and poorly charged. I don't come back anymore. It's a hassle to get service and communication! People come and go without organization. Everything on the run and lack of good detail of service.

La dejaron “bien”, en menos de dos semanas se ponchó de nuevo, a pesar de que la usé muy poco. Cuando la lleve, por segunda vez, a arreglar me dijeron que la cámara se veía mal puesta y que me tendrían que cobrar más de tres cientos pesos en adimentos para que, ahora sí, no se ponchara. Compro un aro para mi bici, pero adquirí otra por otro lado, y voy al lugar el día siguiente para poder hacer, no devolución del producto. Que simplemente me lo hicieran cambio por otro artículo, y me comentan que por sus políticas no pueden hacer ningún tipo de cambio, claro eso me molesto y me retiro. El caso es que no vuelvo a ir por que no te apoyan como cliente. Y aparte que llevo mi bicicleta ya en otra ocasión al mismo lugar para hacerle mantenimiento y me Dijeron que lo tenían en 2 dias. Ok no hay problema, paso el dia que me comentaron y no lo había ni revisado ni sabían donde estaba mi bicicleta. Mejor ni vallan. Lousy customer service. I tell the story.
