Al preguntar por algo te responden de forma irónica y me di cuenta que era en general cuando les preguntaban sobre algo.
No te prestan atención. Y obvio no ayudan ni solucionan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dejan meter la bicicleta, pésimo servicio en ese aspecto, se me hace ilógico que en una tienda de bicicletas no cuente con una infraestructura para encadenar tu bicicleta o en dado caso no te dejan ingresarla.
En el aspecto de piezas, refacciones y accesorios, es solo para comprar algo de emergencia (cámaras,parches, o alguna refacción menor/escobomica para salir del apuro).
No soy un cliente nuevo, llevo aproximadamente 9-10años consumiendoles, estaría chingon que mejorarán su stock y que pusieran un Rack para estacionar las bicicletas, o en su defecto que te den chance de ingresarla.
They don't let you put the bicycle in, lousy service in that aspect, it seems illogical to me that a bicycle shop does not have an infrastructure to chain your bicycle or in any case they do not let you enter it.
In the aspect of parts, spare parts and accessories, it is only to buy something for emergencies (cameras, patches, or some minor/escobomic spare parts to get out of trouble).
I am not a new customer, I have been consuming them for approximately 9-10 years, I would be great if they improve their stock and put up a Rack to park the bicycles, or failing that they give you a chance to enter it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asco de lugar nisiquiera tienen donde estacionar tu bicicleta en otros lugares hasta descuento por trabajar en app de delivery te aplican y aquí nisiquiera me quisieron atender por que entre con la mochila de uber no se lo recomiendo si pudiera le pondría cero. Mejor vayan a "ciclometa"
Disgusting place they don't even have a place to park your bike in other places until they apply a discount for working in the delivery app and here they didn't even want to attend to me because I came in with the uber backpack I don't recommend it if I could I would give it zero. Better go to "ciclometa"
