No parece que quieran vender (parece que te están haciendo un favor) y el dueño trata mal a sus empleados enfrente de los clientes. Terrible service! The owner of the store is rude and does not give a note to the customer. Entiendo que la gente siga visitando este lugar por que el servicio del taller es de regular a bueno, y por que tienen una variedad relativamente amplia de accesorios para bicicletas. Sin embargo, por la pésima actitud del personal merecerían perder a toda su clientela. Es difícil saber quién de las tres personas que trabajan ahí tiene peor humor. Todos son grosero, soberbios y altaneros. Te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo el mayor de los favores. El mecánico te recibe la bicicleta si le da la gana... Yo me imagino que ese sujeto será el dueño de la tienda, porque está ahí cuando quiere, recibe el trabajo que quiere y como quiere. Nada justifica soportar ese trato. Les recomiendo sinceramente nunca pisar ese nefasto lugar. I don't know how to start describing the lousy service this establishment has. I think it would be fair to say that it is the worst service I have had in my life. I understand that people continue to visit this place because the workshop service is regular to good, and because they have a relatively wide variety of bicycle accessories. However, because of the bad attitude of the staff, they would deserve to lose their entire clientele. It's hard to know who of the three people who work there has a worse mood. All are rude, arrogant and arrogant. They serve you as if they were doing you the greatest favors. The mechanic receives you the bicycle if you feel like it ... I imagine that this guy will be the owner of the store, because he is there when he wants, he receives the job he wants and how he wants. Nothing justifies enduring that deal. I sincerely recommend you never step on that ominous place.

Ya compré más de una vez en ese lugar y el trato cada vez es mejor, tal vez me ubica como cliente. Una ocasión compré muchas estampas y les juro...se tomaron el tiempo para abrir cada gaveta, tomar las estampitas, contar cada una, hacer mi cuenta, cobrarme y todo muy amable. They sell good stuff, my first impression was the same as most. I already bought more than once in that place and the treatment is getting better, maybe it places me as a customer. Siente que te está haciendo un favor cuando en realidad deberia estar agradecido con sus clientes que lo soportan pues gracias a ellos aun existe su negocio. Atencion nefasta, prefiero mil veces comprar en la casa del ciclista que aunque maneja precios un poco más elevados, en ese lugar me atienden mucho mejor y de buen humor.
