Hace tiempo compré una bici en este establecimiento que me costó $4000, bici que hasta la fecha no termina de presentar defectos, el manubrio se le baja, los frenos nunca se los acomodaron bien desde que la compre y según ellos la ´´ajustaron´´, piezas oxidadas, los pedales se le salen xd personal prepotente y grosero que te dice que no te puede mostrar los productos. En fin, con decir que fui más de 2 veces a que ajustaran la bici y nunca quedó bien por que de lleno la bici ya no estaba bien y ellos sabían, las mantienen tanto tiempo en exhibición llenándose de polvo y haciéndose viejas y te las venden como nuevas. Terrible experiencia, de verdad si van a comprar una bicicleta, nunca lo hagan aquí. ¡HORRIBLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio mecánico es pésimo y lo que le sigue, si no tienes experiencia en mecánica te venden piezas innecesarias y que ni siquiera pides, ejemplo. Llevas tus bici a cambiar la cadena y regresas y te dicen que fue muy complicado y que te tuvieron que cambiar otra pieza completa y te cobran la pieza y te ponen una de menor calidad y se quieren quedar con tus piezas de mejor calidad y encima te cobran más por su incompetencia. Pésimo lugar, para arreglar una bici por qué siempre son bien mañosos, cero recomendable. Lo único que vale la pena son las refacciones
