Ésta vez lleve la de mi pareja a una engrasada general y que revisaran los frenos de disco, de todo lo que dijeron que le iban a hacer solo hicieron las engrasada.
La bicicleta quedó peor de cuando la llevamos, al manifestar esto los dueños quienes con tendieron fueron "falsamente amables" y prepotentes al hablarnos como si no supieramos de bicicletas, justificando que era la bicicleta por ser Modelo viejo (la cuál es nueva) y por lo tanto se llevó a engrasar. Pésimo servicio, al final solamente terminamos perdiendo tiempo y dinero. Lo único rescatable es el señor que nos atendió el día que las dejamos ya que el nos explicó todo y a la mía la dejo al 100%, una lástima que el no haya estado ya que su trabajo es bueno y los dueños solo justificaban el mal servicio con la ausencia de él.

This time I took my partner's to a general greasing and they checked the disc brakes, of everything they said they were going to do, they only made the greased ones.
The bicycle was worse than when we took it, by stating this the owners who con tended were "falsely kind" and arrogant when speaking to us as if we did not know about bicycles, justifying that it was the bicycle because it was an old model (which is new) and because therefore it was greased. Terrible service, in the end we only end up wasting time and money. The only redeemable thing is the man who attended us the day we left them since he explained everything to us and he left mine 100%, a pity that he was not there since his work is good and the owners only justified the bad service with the absence of him.
