★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, pésima diría yo, cero actitud amable, cero servicio, parece que les tienes que rogar para que te atiendan y te den asesoría, jamás regresare y les sugiero que nadie pierda el tiempo en ese lugar, hay muchos lugares con una mejor atención, y mejores bicicletas. Por cierto, la bicicleta que compre ahí empezó a dar tener problemas en menos de un mes.
 Very bad attention, terrible I would say, zero friendly attitude, zero service, it seems that you have to beg them to attend you and give you advice, I will never return and I suggest that no one waste time in that place, there are many places with a better attention, and better bikes. By the way, the bike I bought there started to have problems in less than a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su atención por teléfono deja mucho que desear...llame para un ajuste de mantenimiento y me dicen que deje mi bicicleta y en 2 semanas está lista... Ya ni las agencias de carros, mejor busco otro taller..
Their attention by phone leaves much to be desired... I called for a maintenance adjustment and they told me to leave my bicycle and in 2 weeks it is ready... Not even the car dealers anymore, I better look for another workshop...
