★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clases de indoor cycling, impartida por diferentes instructores, mi favoritos son, primeramente Luis Elizondo, Mariana Parolari, Michelle y Naolie. Durante la clase te apartas del mundo externo y te concentras en tu trabajo físico, mediante rutinas con música en bici y con pesitas. Las clases son de 45 min pero en ocasiones hay clases especiales de 1 hr o eventos de birthday, Amstel etc. Compras y reservas clases en línea, lo único que cambiaría sería que dieran mayor prórroga para cancelar clase sin cobrartela, también que las promociones en membresías las puedas activar cuando quieras no sólo las de certificado de regalo y que tuvieran mayor vencimiento de paquetes.
Indoor cycling classes, taught by different instructors, my favorites are, firstly Luis Elizondo, Mariana Parolari, Michelle and Naolie. During class you separate yourself from the outside world and focus on your physical work, through routines with music on the bike and with weights. The classes are 45 min but sometimes there are special classes of 1 hr or birthday events, Amstel etc. Purchases and reservations online classes, the only thing that would change would be that they give a greater extension to cancel class without being charged, also that you can activate membership promotions whenever you want not only those of gift certificates and that have a longer expiration of packages.
