★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a high-end bicycle store. That being said, I believe this is the best low-end bicycle store I've seen either here in Playa, or in Cancun. To get a better low-end store, I would need to visit Mérida. I bought a spare tyre and a couple front baskets (really cheap) to use as saddlebags.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bike looked nice but the quality of the bikes are very poor, within the first 2 months I had to go back 4 times to fix the chain and pedals. The tyres started cracking within a few weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I went to this bicycle shop, there's two of them I believe, and they were great! They fixed my brakes, tightened up the brake lines, and installed cell phone holders for us both as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, these guys helped us out so much with our pushchair wheels. First time they have replaced one wheel after it bursted and the second time they fixed the other one, which also bursted due to the rocky roads here. We did not find any other store being that helpful and kind and it took them only 10-15 minutes to repair / replace. If you got an issue with your stroller / push chair, try them out, they are very kind and helpful. So thankful, I would give more that 5 stars if I could.
