★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy atento, la tienda tiene un amplío surtido y a muy buen precio, se encuentra bien ubicada sobre avenida Zaragoza.
Mi recomendación es que si compran una bicicleta verifiquen que quede bien ajustada, yo tuve que regresar a que me la volvieran a ajustar ya que no hacía el cambio de velocidad correctamente.

Fui a que me cambiaran una llanta y me llevo la sorpresa de que desacomodaron mi cadena, la cadena estaba bien antes de ir. Esto pudo causar un grave accidente, si quieren arreglar sus bicicletas no vayan ahí

El trato hacia uno como cliente es muy despota, con caras y malos tratos.
Compre accesorios para las bicicletas de mis niños, esperando que fueran los adecuados para estas, lo cual no fueron correctos, fui al poco tiempo para hacer el cambio de las piezas (ni 24 horas pasaron), al comprarlos no comentaron que no hay cambios, y con modos muy feos me dijeron que como quisiera pero no hay cambios. Lo cual es muy molesto, ya que las piezas no fueron montadas ni manipuladas. Uno compra en tiendas establecidas para que tenga uno buena calidad, garantía. ESTA MEJOR IRSE A UN TIANGUIS.

I bought accessories for my children's bicycles, hoping that they were the right ones for them, which were not correct, I went shortly to change the parts (not even 24 hours passed), when buying them they did not comment that there were no changes, and with very ugly ways they told me that as I wanted but there are no changes. Which is very annoying, as the parts were not assembled or tampered with. One buys in established stores so that one has good quality, a guarantee. IT IS BETTER TO GO TO A TIANGUIS.
