Cuando llegue a recogerla me las cobraron, precio que no esperaba pagar. Solo me hubiera gustado que se me contactara para sugerir el cambio, seguramente hubiera dicho que si de todos modos. They did not call me to do a change of parts on my bike when I left it for maintenance. When I got to pick it up, they charged me, a price I didn't expect to pay. I just wish I had been contacted to suggest the change, surely I would have said yes anyway.

Me atendió Gustavo y me ayudó mucho en mi decisión incluyo un cambio de sistema de frenos a hidráulico. Muchas gracias por todo. I recommend a lot to buy at this store. The treatment of sellers is very good and always try to give you the best option. Gustavo treated me and helped me a lot in my decision including a change of brake system to hydraulic. El servicio brindado es profesional y toman el tiempo de explicarte lo que harán si no sabes nada de bicis (como yo). El personal en general es muy amable. They don't try and offload unnecessary gear, they are very helpful and patient. I looked at a bike model but it wasn't there in my size. Luis promised to have it available in 3 days so that I could try it out - No commitments. In 3 days, he called me extremely excited that the bike had arrived. I went, took the bike for a short spin on the road and decided to buy it. In 30 min, i was out with a new, fully serviced, accesorised Marlin 5!! Highly recommended and definitely better customer attention than Megaciclos or BikeCity !!
