La atención fue excelente, me llamaron para dar seguimiento vía celular, consiguieron la refacción que necesitaba y cuando me entregaron la bicicleta, ya estaba todo listo, no tuve que esperar. The bike was delivered to me better than new, really. The attention was excellent, they called me to follow up via cell phone, they got the spare part I needed and when they gave me the bike, everything was ready, I didn't have to wait.

Que le habrán hechos estos inutiles, tuve que perder mi tiempo en una segunda ocasión para llevarla de nuevo, y además te cobran nuevamente, ajustar un simple freno no pueden, las porta anforas estaban flojas, que otras cosas habran quedado asi??? Tendre que ir con mecánico recomendado para revise la porquería que les hicieron, seran trek pero ellos no avalan estas porquerias que hacen. No lleven su bici a estos inutiles. Never take your bike for a service with these inept, they do not know how to assemble a bottom bracket ??? Do not know how to ride a whip? Full service and the whips do not change? What would these useless have made it, I had to waste my time a second time to take it again, and also they charge you again, adjust a simple brake they cannot, the amphoras holders were loose, what other things would have been like this ???
