★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si servicio es pésimo dice en el horario que abren a las 10:00 am llegamos 9:40 y esperamos hasta las diez y si guían sin abrir luego le pregunte al local de a lado porque no abrían y ellos nos dijeron que llegan a la hora que quieren luego llegan hasta las 11:00 inclusive 12:00 pero que mal servicio esperamos a que abrieran y nunca abrieron pesimo
If service is lousy says in the opening hours at 10:00 am we arrived at 9:40 and we waited until ten o'clock and if they guide without opening then I asked the local next door because they did not open and they told us they arrive at the time they want to arrive later until 11:00 or even 12:00 but what bad service we waited for them to open and they never opened up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porqué cierran a horas que no están establecidas? Llego el sábado a las 5:20 y se supone que cierras a las 6:00 pm y la chica me vió afuera y me ignoró? Es neta? No vengo a pedir regalado. No eres la única farmacia de Monterrey, hay muchas opciones y deberían cuidar su atención al cliente, y no, no los recomiendo.
Why do they close at hours that are not established? I arrive on Saturday at 5:20 and you are supposed to close at 6:00 pm and the girl saw me outside and ignored me? It is net? I do not come to ask for gifts. You are not the only pharmacy in Monterrey, there are many options and they should take care of their customer service, and no, I do not recommend them.
