History
Broker, Chris Gruenwald, started Chapalajara Real Estate in 2012 wth a partner. The company quickly grew even though the housing market at Lake Chapala was going through what locals would call a slump. In 2015, during a restructuring for the sake of expansion, the two partners decided to part ways and each grow in their own direction. Chris Gruenwald re-named his share of the company to Biencom and provide a complete one-stop all inclusive real estate service for both Foreign and Mexican buyers and sellers.
Chris Gruenwald has been living in Mexico since 2003, and has been a top producing sales agent and broker in the Lake Chapala area since 2006. Chris originates from a mult-national background and has lived around the world. He became a super agent at a now extinct brokerage and has been building a Real Estate team of top agents, closers and rental administrators since 2008. While the Biencom commercial name is new, the all inclusive Real Estate service concept is tried and proven and the experience the Biencom team provides is unique amongst Mexican Real Estate borkerages.

Thebroker Chris Grunwald ( who is my ex partner and lived together for almost 2 years )is currently under a legal process and investigation due to violence against me, being forced to sign every 2 weeks in the Ministerio Público. As he hited me when I was convalescent 9 days after surgery, making damage to my, wounding my mouth and lips, he continued hitting me while I was in the ground bleeding,leaving me with serious bumps and bruises all over my head and body.
This was not the first time he has hit me.
Witness saw me bleeding on the street , outside of where I used to live with him and called the police . Police came and Chris Grunwald tried to hit me again.
Cops were also hurt by him , before finally arresting him .
My height 1.60, Chris Grunwald height almost 2 meters .
My weight 52 kilos his weight 90 kilos
I will continue to make my legal documents public while he keeps laughing about this problem and traumatic experience for me.
As well, he destroyed my work tool (MacBook pro ) with a value of $15,000 pesos.
Which my witness I bought the laptop from made a letter confirming the purchase , where Chris Grunwald was also present.
His legal problems can end in prison as he has precedent of violence against other women.
Christian Humberto Pérez, agent in Biencom, paid with my comission the liberation of Chris Grunwald , corrupting the process.
I want my comission and justice , people like this should be held accountable.
