En vez de acudir al domicilio de los beneficiarios 65 y más, exponen la salud obligándolos a ir a las oficinas en donde las personas de la tercera edad deben formarse parados bajo el sol o lluvia mientras los empleados están usando su celular en horas laborales. Los teléfonos de oficina que proporcionan nunca los contestan y aquellos interesados que no llevan documentación completa no los atienden dignamente.
