★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si hay un detalle con mi estancia no puedo dar más de 3 estrellas pero 3 malos detalles es igual a "sin derecho a calificación". Punto 1: Nos entregan un cuarto, vamos a dejar el carro y al regresar nos dicen que el cuarto no nos lo pueden entregar porque la tubería está tapada. Después de más de una hora de buscar un cuarto nos dicen sólo "como usted guste, o puede seguir buscando". Punto 2: Entregan un boleto donde dice que el estacionamiento es hasta las 2am en sábado pero al llegar dicen que cierran a las 10pm. Total, para qué quiero salir a turistear... Punto 3: Servicio. Nos dicen que nos darán otro cuarto para el mismo número de personas más pequeño por el mismo precio: quitan cuarto independiente, era planta baja y venimos con una persona que le cuesta trabajo subir escaleras. En fin, no es un mal hotel pero si ocurre un problema no hay empatía y no es el mejor servicio. Yo buscaría otro lugar.
If there is a detail with my stay I cannot give more than 3 stars but 3 bad details is equal to "no right to qualification". Point 1: They give us a room, we are going to leave the car and when we return they tell us that the room cannot be given to us because the pipe is plugged. After more than an hour of looking for a room they tell us only "as you like, or you can keep looking". Point 2: They give a ticket where it says that parking is until 2am on Saturday but upon arrival they say that they close at 10pm. Total, why do I want to go sightseeing ... Point 3: Service. They tell us that they will give us another room for the same smaller number of people for the same price: they remove an independent room, it was a ground floor and we come with a person who has trouble climbing stairs. In short, it is not a bad hotel but if a problem occurs there is no empathy and it is not the best service. I would look for another place.

1. Te muestran una habitación muy bonita, vas a dejar el carro y te cambian la habitación a otra más sencilla.
2. No dan toallas suficientes.
3. Nunca hay nadie en recepción.
4. El WiFi no llega a las habitaciones.
No lo recomiendo
Very bad service:
1. They show you a very nice room, you are going to leave the car and they change the room to a simpler one.
2. They don't give enough towels.
3. There is never anyone at the reception.
4. The WiFi does not reach the rooms.
I do not recommend it

My experience was regular since the internet had no range and there was no connectivity in certain areas and the rooms are very cold, although the workers are very friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the decor and feel of this place, beautiful murals by the entrance and rustic furniture. Excellent service by the staff, everyone is friendly uet professional. Wi-Fi did not reach to my room so I spent a good amount of time in the lobby/pool witch I don't mind.
