★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although friendly, the service is very slow. The steaks at our table were not cooked to the temperatures we requested. The steaks were actually better at the buffet’s grill or the area next to the pool. Same for the sides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They weren't actually open, "the Big Ben menu is being served at [a different restaurant]".
That other location, when ordering off the Big Ben menu had really fantastic service but for a "Steak House" had only one steak. A steak which was flavourful, but not at all a good cut of meat. As the beef from Alberta (my home province in Canada) is considered some of the best globally, I am reluctant to be too harsh in my criticism. However, it was a very thin "steak" literally breaking apart at the fatty layers. I assume this was simply a cost savings measure. Maybe these cost savings attempts are pandemic related or tied to a struggling tourism industry, but I hope that this isn't the long term standard for this steak house.
Edit: I went back a couple of days later and asked for a really thick cut (of the only available steak), and it was a much more pleasant experience. Tender and cooked well, the issue was just the attempt at reducing per plate expenses. (A reoccurring theme during my week at Seadust)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are from the USA this will be a great disappointment. Atmosphere and service were good otherwise only one star.
We ordered the sirloin steaks but I don't know where they cut this from? My wife asked for rare and I asked for medium but both came out without a shred of pink. The table next to us had the t-bone but at only 10 oz it is cut so thin and overcooked they did not enjoy theirs either. I ordered mushrooms and it was served on the side melted in cheese. The picture attached is their crab cake but it is more like a fish ball or hush puppy. Their version of a baked potato was four slices of what appeared to be a boiled potato covered in a thin white sauce.
If you still decide to go you need to make reservations. They say they will give away your reservation if you do not show within 10 minutes. Our flight in was late so we decided to take our chances. No one in the restaurant at 6:00 opening and they would not seat us. Went the next day between 12:00 and 3:00 to make a reservation but a sign said they were the Manhattan and would not take the reservation. Fortunately another vacationer told us they actually take the reservations at the bar across the way. We went over there and when no one showed we asked someone who told us Big Ben would be closed that night. Apparently they close one restaurant per night out of the 10 in the hotel and it was Big Ben that night. Third try we made the reservation but upon arrival were asked for the confirmation code. So make sure you get one or you'll have another hassle.
We were told that we must dress for dinner and that men could not have open-toed shoes or sandals. They could not explain why women could and Men could not. We came dressed appropriately only to sit next to those dressed in shorts and flip flops.
