conmigo siendo que en big bola Xalapa, y puerto de Veracruz me han tratado como Rey! Tendré que irme a la competencia o a otra sucursal de big bola, solo la chica que recargaba el crédito en las tarjetas llamada elizabeth me atendió diferente, ya que viendo como me habían tratado unos minutos antes (la jefa olivares y la mesera) pues trato de remediar un poco la situación con su educación y amabilidad. Acto seguido pese a la situación sucedida y por lo molesto e incómodo que me hicieron sentir retire mi tarjeta de la maquina cobre mi dinero y me retire del lugar. Como clientes vamos a pasar un buen rato y a divertirnos y eso nos cuesta dinero, como para aguantar tratos de este tipo y todavía dejar mi dinero! Espero capaciten al personal por que la atención es deplorable! Y a ese casino no vuelvo jamás! Mi dinero vale y no lo voy a dejar ahí!
