Termine consumiendo chilaquiles ennsalsa verde con queso y crema. El platillo se me hizo mas parecido a unas "conchitas encanto" con salsa y crema que a chilaquiles. Si te gustan las conchitas encanto, te van a gustar los chilaquiles de Bigg mama's. The suggested breakfast is the chilaquiles, of which they did not have with red sauce. I ordered some Huevos Rancheros, but they had no sauce either. Finish with chilaquiles in green sauce with cheese and cream. The dish became more like some "charming shells" with sauce and cream than chilaquiles. If you like charming shells, you will like Bigg mama's chilaquiles.

Durante una caminata me encontré este lugar, my iluminado por el exterior con luces LED y algunas neón. Al principio pensé que era como cualquier otro restaurante del área. Al ingresar al lugar pase directo a caja para hacer mi pedido, pensando que sería solo para llevar. El lugar muy lindo y con todo tipo de objetos/placas metálicas en sus paredes. Pregunte si todavía podía comer ahí. Me dijeron que si y procedió a hacer mi pedido. Pedí 250 gr de alitas con salsa Buffalo, pero también quería probar los tacos. Pedi (2) de Carne Asado y (2) de Trompo. Tiene varias opciones de Aguas Frescas (Horchata, Jamaica y Tamarindo). Empecé por la bebida de Horchata. Lo primero que salió fueron los tacos, la presentación muy buena. Una tortilla sin grasa (esto es bueno) la carne finita y picada cual la acompaña cebolla caramelizada, cilantro y una salsa verde muy rica. Me encantan las alitas, entonces viendo los tacos y la calidad de la comida decido que quería incrementar mi pedido de alitas a la porción de 500 gr. Usualmente en mucho lugares te venden alitas donde en gramaje no es real. En este restaurante si. Una porción bastante generosa de alitas. Su salsa y aderezo ranch muy rico, las alitas venían bañadas en salsa y acompañadas de Papas a la Francesa. Todo con sus porciones generosas y de excelente calidad. Definitivamente vuelvo pronto, ya que también cuentan con Hamburguesas y Papas preparadas. Me comentaron que por las mañanas, tienen opción de desayunos, donde sirven Hot Cakes, Chilaquiles entre otras cosas. I was looking for something quick to eat.
