★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues ni tiempo me dio de poder ver si me daban buen servicio y calidad en impresión, nunca le dieron seguimiento a mi cotización, la cual la recibieron casi a fuerza con muy mala actitud, al preguntarle a Sergio Luna, la persona que me "atendió", que si tenía lista mi cotización (2 días después de haberla solicitado), me dijo que " a ver" si podía tenerla más tarde porque "ahorita estaba comiendo"... hoy no he recibido noticias suyas, eso sí mi cotización está en estado "en proceso" es su súper sofisticado sistema de cotizaciones, que por lo que veo no es de gran ayuda.
cuando menos hoy, si me preguntan a mi por Bigprint puedo decir que es un PÉSIMO SERVICIO A CLIENTES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO servicio, con una lentitud impresionante!, con un sistema de tickets para que le den continuidad a tu pedido, cosa que jamas hacen, tuve que llamar 3 veces para hacer mi pedido y las mismas 3 veces nadie sabia de que estaba hablando, jamas mandaron una cotizacion, simplemente no les interesa su trabajo. muy muy mal servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huyan de aquí .. son los peores, no respetan sus fechas de entrega, te cobran como si fueran buenos y me entregaron las lonas para que yo las terminara armando .... pésima atención y servicio.. ojalá dejaran a profesionales hacer su trabajo... no los recomiendo te dejan colgado, no entregan y uno tiene que terminar haciendo por lo que pagas. Horrible atención. Pésima experiencia con esta gente.
