 Delicious burgers but nothing out of the other world. The service is good and they have different options on the menu. A little tight place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida está bien. Pero para nada siguen las normas de seguridad por el COVID. Sólo la cajera llevaba su cubrebocas bien puesto. La persona de la parrilla no lo llevaba y salió a saludar a un amigo y lo abrazó, regreso a la parrilla sin lavarse las manos y comenzó a hablar por teléfono. Y la otra cocinera lo traía en el cuello.
Food is ok. But they do not follow the safety regulations for COVID at all. Only the cashier was wearing her mask properly. The person at the grill was not wearing it and went out to greet a friend and hug him, returned to the grill without washing his hands and started talking on the phone. And the other cook had it around her neck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal son las mejores hamburguesas que he probado, la combinación de los ingredientes y la elaboración casera hacen que sea un sabor increíble, los precios son bastante agradables y valen totalmente la pena, les recomiendo el agua de horchata para acompañar su comida, tienen servicio a domicilio y para comer en el lugar, abren de miércoles a domingo.
Personally, they are the best burgers I have ever tasted, the combination of the ingredients and the homemade preparation make it an incredible flavor, the prices are quite nice and they are totally worth it, I recommend the horchata water to accompany your meal, they have Home service and to eat at the place, open from Wednesday to Sunday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo el placer de conocer Big Red desde sus inicios y puedo decir que el dueño ha trabajado enormemente para lograr lo que hoy es uno de los mejores restaurantes de hamburguesas en la ciudad.
Desde elaborar el pan en casa hasta usar ingredientes orgánicos de primera calidad, Big Red no escatima en sabor.
El menú también se ha diversificado de acuerdo a las necesidades de los clientes. Cuentan ahora con hotdogs, costillas y Cortes.
Puedes comer ahí o pedir para llevar, no olvides que puedes llevar tú propio recipiente para ser más amigable con el ambiente.
Si quieres una buena hamburguesa, ¡este es el lugar!
I have the pleasure of knowing Big Red since its inception and I can say that the owner has worked tremendously to achieve what is now one of the best burger restaurants in the city.
From making the bread in-house to using premium organic ingredients, Big Red doesn't skimp on flavor.
The menu has also been diversified according to customer needs. They now have hotdogs, ribs and cuts.
You can eat there or order to go, do not forget that you can bring your own container to be more friendly to the environment.
If you want a good burger, this is the place!
