★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, the bread is amazing. We tried wholegrain, spelt, campesino (which is 'plain' sourdough) and seed loaf, and while we preferred the last one, it was a really close contest.
Take note, though - the address shown on google is the actual bakery, which is on the 2nd floor above a cafe, with entry either through a cafe, or via a small side alley service entrance. The actual stores are located one in the center (next to Casa Cuatro), and one close to the dam (Paseo De La Presa). Come early for best selection, or place an order one day ahead.
