★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El parque está sobre el circuito universitario, no sobre Delfín Madrigal, por lo que está sujeto a las horas de apertura de Ciudad Universitaria. Si, siempre hay marihuanos (pero recuerden que ya es legal el consumo recreativo), si les es molesto, no vayan.
The park is on the university circuit, not on Delfín Madrigal, so it is subject to the opening hours of Ciudad Universitaria. Yes, there is always marijuana (but remember that recreational consumption is already legal), if it bothers you, don't go.
