El repartidor me llamó para darle mejor la ubicación y me lo enviaron el día que decían y cuando estuvieron aquí, el trato fue bueno. En conclusión, al menos el repartidor hizo un buen trabajo. Supuestamente han tratado de entregarme 6 veces mi pedido de Liverpool y no son capaces de encontrar la dirección, aún y cuando ya les hable para confirmar los datos y dar referencias, no dan ninguna otra solución, además de qué su personal de atención a clientes es apático, no tienen sentido de servicio para nada. Hasta los de correos de México son mejores qué estos de ShitSmart. Terrible service. Supposedly they have tried to deliver my order from Liverpool 6 times and they are not able to find the address, even though I have already spoken to them to confirm the data and give references, they do not give any other solution, apart from what their customer service staff is listless, they have no sense of service at all.
