Primero me dieron un precio que no era.
El chavo que me puso el hidratante capilar ni me puso bata para empezar con el tratamiento. Me seco el cabello con una toalla fea y sucia al parecer, al secarme el pelo me quemaba el cuero cabelludo y al cepillarme no tenia cuidado y me rozó la cara con el cepillo.
Cero delicadeza, muy a lo wey todo.
Terrible service.
First they gave me a price that was not.
The guy who gave me the hair moisturizer did not even put on my dressing gown to start with the treatment. I dry my hair with an ugly and dirty towel, apparently drying my hair burned my scalp and when brushing I was not careful and brushed my face with the brush.
Zero delicacy, very a wey everything.

Yo no se para que piden foto de lo que uno quiere si al final hacen lo que les da la gana con el cabello!
Pésimo servicio al cliente por que No era lo que pedi en lo más mínimo.
Que VERGÜENZA SALIR A LA CALLE con la ridiculez que me hicieron en el cabello!!
Creo hubiera sido mas sensato y sobre todo, profesional, el haberme dicho “NO LO PODEMOS HACER EN TU CABELLO” y no hubiera dejado ni que lo tocarán.
La dueña se justificó diciendo que no me quedaba lo que yo había escogido para mi cabello por mi tono de piel.
Que justificación más ABSURDA y RACISTA cuando ella ni sabía lo que quería ni me había visto previamente como para decir eso!
Y wow su profesionalismo! Te bloquean en vez de asumir su MAL TRABAJO!

I do not know why they ask for a photo of what one wants if in the end they do what they want with their hair!
Bad customer service because it was not what I asked for in the least.
What a shame to go out to the street with the ridiculousness they made in my hair!
I think it would have been more sensible and, above all, professional, to have told myself “WE CANNOT DO IT IN YOUR HAIR” and I would not have left it nor will they touch it.
The owner justified herself by saying that I didn't have what I had chosen for my hair because of my skin tone.
What a more absurd and RACIST justification when she neither knew what she wanted nor had she seen me previously to say that!
And wow your professionalism! They block you instead of assuming their EVIL WORK!
