★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad reserve cita para el mantenimiento de mi bicicleta specialized y me dijeron que la llevara en 1 semana, marque 1 semana despues antes de la cita para llevarla y rectificar y se les habia perdido mi cita. (MUY MAL SERVICIO EL CLIENTE AL MENOS EN MI EXPERIENCIA)
En TRECK me la aceptarón el mismo día y al siguiente día me la dierón con (Mantenimiento hecho).
The truth is to book an appointment for the maintenance of my specialized bicycle and I was told to take it in 1 week, check 1 week after the appointment to take it and rectify it and they had missed my appointment. (VERY BAD SERVICE THE CUSTOMER AT LEAST IN MY EXPERIENCE)
At TRECK they accepted it the same day and the next day they gave it to me with (Maintenance done).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio deficiente, tardado, posiblemente sea a la saturación de trabajo con la que laboran. Lo único rescatable es que tratan de respetar las garantías, pero es incomodo que las bicicletas fallen inmediatamente que salen del taller, donde se supone que revisan y reparan las fallas. Finalmente me ofrecieron servicios de mantenimiento extras a las bicicletas, y en otro taller corrobore que NO realizaron los trabajos por los que cobraron. No regresaremos. Talvez para un lavado de bici, o servicio menor no hay tanto problema.
A poor service, delayed, possibly due to the saturation of work with which they work. The only redeemable thing is that they try to respect the guarantees, but it is uncomfortable that the bikes fail immediately that they leave the workshop, where they are supposed to review and repair the failures. Finally they offered me extra maintenance services for the bicycles, and in another workshop I confirmed that they DID NOT carry out the work for which they charged. We will not return. Maybe for a bike wash, or minor service there is not so much problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buen dia, la verdad no recomiendo para nada llevar sus bicicletas al taller de esa tienda en especial la de Eulogio Parra, te tardan 15 dias en entregartela te dicen que le hacen los servicios asi como cambio de aceite en al suspención delantera, la lleve a que le dieran servicio a la suspencion delantera y al siguiente dia estaba toda chorreada se las lleve a la garantia 2 veces mas y siguio con el mismo problema la lleve a otro lado y en mi presencia la abrieron y me enseñaron el aceite y m dijeron que no se lo habian cambiado porque el que le cambiaron el color estaba muy diferente muy clarito, en fin es por la saturacion del trabajo o el mecanico no sabe hacer bien las cosas
