Bike City is a place like no other! Exceptional customer service from start to finish. This place knows the true meaning of customer service. The team is always well informed and they always do their best to answer all my questions. The information they give me is always correct and they do it quickly and efficiently. They are all friendly, patient, and ready to help at all times. Bike City is one of the best places I have ever visited and will continue to visit for everything related to my bike. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Bike City has always been excellent. The staff is friendly and the service is very personal and attentive. If I could change anything it would be to open the store earlier to serve those of us who like to beat the rush hour. Perhaps that could also provide quicker turnaround in the service department.
Update: 4:15pm on a Sunday...every business in the shopping center is packed with people, but Bike City is closed. Who would think you have to check the hours before wasting time trying to do business in a shopping center?!? I'm sorry. But I have wasted too many trips driving down here only to find the store closed again and again. Time to find a new place to buy bicycles and gear.
