★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirí una bicicleta con BikeDeal porque desde un inicio me dijeron que son bicicletas certificadas y las revisan para que estén en buenas condiciones. Según le habían hecho servicio a la bicicleta y suspensión.
Vaya sorpresa que me lleve!!! La suspensión de la bicicleta estaba destruida (tijera con vástago quebrado, anodizado desgastado, etc). También tenían calcomanías que no corresponden al modelo de la tijera ni del amortiguador (eran más viejos).
Tengan cuidado al comprar con ellos.
Para empeorar las cosas, les comenté todo lo que tuve que hacer (reconstrucción de suspensión y servicio completo) y ni una disculpa ofrecieron.
I bought a bike with BikeDeal because from the beginning they told me that they are certified bikes and they check them to make sure they are in good condition. As the bike and suspension had been serviced.
What a surprise that he took me!!! The bike's suspension was destroyed (broken stem fork, worn anodizing, etc). They also had decals that didn't match the fork or shock model (they were older).
Be careful when shopping with them.
To make matters worse, I told them about everything I had to do (suspension rebuild and full service) and no apology was offered.
