1. Day
Puerto Vallarta - San Sebastián del Oeste - Mascota - Talpa de Allende
Starting in Puerto Vallarta we ride directly into the mountains passing through different vegetation zones. We stop and visit the old colonial village of San Sebastián del Oeste (Altitude 1400 m / 4600 feet). Leaving the village behind, we ride on spectacular curvy mountain roads up to more than 1800 m / 5900 feet towards the small old colonial town of Mascota (1240 m / 4000 feet).
After our lunch break we ride to Talpa de Allende, a famous and very important town for Catholic pilgrims. We have time to explore the wonderful colonial center with its plaza, awe-inspiring church and enjoy the special atmosphere on the streets in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best tour in Jalisco. Went on a single day tour and it was the best experience I've had in PV. As an everyday rider, it was perfect for having the itch to get on two wheels while traveling. Jurgen is super accomodating and a great guide. Went south into the mountains and then back along the coast. Such an epic day! Will be back.

He made safety a priority while still making every aspect of the ride super fun and exciting. The hotels and restaurants were excellent. Bikes never skipped a beat. Highly recommend this adventure. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience a raw unfiltered Adrenalin filled motorcycle adventure with Bike Mexico. Very friendly people. Jürgen offered me his boots and luckily they fit. His wonderful wife called an Uber for me after the trip. The scenery was such as the movie Avatar! Be prepared to handle the thrill of a real adventure. I’ve been on “ motor “ excursions in other countries that were slow, short and overly guided but Bike Mexico is the real deal. 100 % returning to Bike Mexico for another adventure in the future. I went on a trip with one other biker and a tour guide. The motorcycle was in good working order (dr 650) This adventure brought tears to my eyes because it was so amazing. Truly one of a kind.

While many tourist attractions cater to, well, tourists, this tour was unfiltered, raw, exposed to real Mexican vistas and desolate places of astounding beauty. The tour guide, Jurgen, is a trusted and very experienced rider, focused on your safety, information, education, enjoyment, all delivered with a flair of realism, and anecdotal humor. Frankly, in all my 20+ years of travels globally, this stands out as one of the highlights. Please bring a respectful attitude and manners to this business, as they go out of their way to ensure a perfect experience for their guests.
