★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM ALERT! This place is a scam! We rented from here and never found the place! The address and phone number don't exist, they don't answer via instagram or messenger. The pictures they show don't correspond to the address they give.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 2 bikes for a day. Money was taken and a receipt was given. At the time of pick up we wandered around the streets of Tulum trying to find their communicated and posted location, but it was no where to be found. We even asked locals and no one knew anything about it. Emailed for help, no response. Called for help, no answer. Wasted half of our day looking for a non existent place in the scorching sun. When I finally emailed that we were reporting them to Visa did we get a response! Be warned when dealing with this business they are not to be trusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bike broke riding from the beach area after only having it a few hours and was told I needed to figure out a way to bring it back to them even though I was a few miles away. Luckily someone stopped on the road to fix it enough for me to ride it back to them. I was told I would get a refund but I never did.
