Después de ver reseñas, comparar características y precios de otras marcas, la atención que me brindó Alejandro fue bastante buena y me ayudó a que me decidiera a adquirir la bicicleta. Es una persona que escucha y te recomienda productos con base en tus intereses y necesidades (y no solo fui una vez). Aquí en La Bici Urbana no te ofrecen o muestran bicicletas por el simple hecho de quererte vender, como en otros lugares, por el contrario, después de escucharte, te muestran un abanico de posibilidades y de distintas marcas.
I bought a Mazzima 700c 2022 Alubike at La Bici Urbana. After seeing reviews, comparing features and prices of other brands, the attention Alejandro gave me was quite good and helped me decide to buy the bike. He is a person who listens and recommends products based on your interests and needs (and I didn't just go once). Here at La Bici Urbana they do not offer or show you bicycles for the simple fact of wanting to sell you, as in other places, on the contrary, after listening to you, they show you a range of possibilities and different brands.

Aquí encuentras de todo, la variedad más amplia de bicicletas para rodar en la ciudad, montaña y ruta. El personal es súper atento y en verdad te explican cada detalle de las bicis, sus accesorios y componentes. Me atendió Emilio, un chico super amable y accesible, hasta me dejaron subirme a cada bici para elegir la correcta para mi. Cuentan con servicio para las bicis y en realidad encuentras muchas joyas en esta tienda. Excelente opción si buscas una bici de calidad y con buen servicio del personal.

El servicio es bastante amable y eficiente y tienen buen precio para las reparaciones.
La zona es algo peligrosa, hay estacionamiento para bicis afuera pero no es muy seguro dejarla ahí, es mejor que entres al local con ella.
Solo pueden entrar cierto número de personas así que si hay mucha gente te tocará esperar afuera.
