★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo excelente, me consiguieron una pieza de mi bici con la que estaba batallando, el propietario muy amable en su trato, pero me cobraron una pieza que no le cambiaron, lamentablemente no me di cuenta hasta que revisé los detalles de las piezas que recibí como usada y la "nueva" que trae montada. Lástima, pensaba volver.
All excellent, they got me a part of my bike that I was struggling with, the owner was very kind in his treatment, but they charged me for a part that they did not change, unfortunately I did not realize it until I checked the details of the parts that I received as used and the "new" that it brings mounted. Too bad, I was thinking of coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable que al recoger tu bici te carguen cosas que no te habían cotizado y que realizaron sin preguntarte. Actitud altanera y nada amable del dueño. El mantenimiento que le dieron apenas cumplió y todavía tuve que reclamar que le faltaba un taponcito del cambio de velocidades.
No recomiendo este lugar.
It is unfortunate that when you pick up your bike they load you with things that they had not quoted you and that they did without asking you. Haughty and unkind attitude of the owner. The maintenance they gave it was barely fulfilled and I still had to complain that it was missing a small gearshift cap.
I do not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malo un trato brusco por parte del personal, mi hijo llevo mi bicicleta a que le hicieran servicio aqui y fallo el mismo día, los de la tienda lejos de tener una buena atención con un cliente frecuente , dijeron que no tenían nada que ver con el fallo, señores me cobraron 1600 y yo con la idea de que iba a quedar super bien la bicicleta pensé que sería una inversión (y es de esperarse por tal cantidad) y todo lo contrario la bicicleta no se puede ni usar. Deberian tomar en cuenta que no todos somos expertos en bicicletas y sea por lo que sea el fallo sea su culpa o no, uno espera como cliente que no se descomponga el mismo dia que sale del servicio ... 0% recomendable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El local es pequeño y un poco claustrofóbico (sobre todo en estos tiempos de pandemia) pero tienen aceptable surtido y un taller para dar mantenimiento a las bicicletas. Buena atención y deseo de enseñar a neofitos del ciclismo como yo.
The place is small and a bit claustrophobic (especially in these times of pandemic) but they have an acceptable assortment and a workshop to maintain bicycles. Good attention and desire to teach cycling neophytes like me.
